We want you to love your Hersheypark souvenirs as much as the rides, so we offer returns on unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that park tickets, season passes, and dated event materials are non-refundable and final sale.

Ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached and that you have your original receipt or order confirmation email.

Package and Ship
Securely pack the items and include your order number inside the box before shipping to our central distribution warehouse.
Receive Refund
